New Delhi: The total number of patients infected with Coronavirus in India is over 97 lakh 67 thousand. According to data released by the Union Health Ministry on Thursday morning, 31,521 new corona patients have been found in India in the last 24 hours, while a total of 412 patients have died in the last 24 hours. A total of 1 lakh 41 thousand 772 patients have lost their lives due to corona so far across the country. More than 180 countries around the world have been found in the corona. India ranks second in the world in terms of corona morbidity. (coronavirus latest updates)

According to figures released by the health ministry, 37,725 patients have been cured in the last 24 hours. So far, a total of 92 lakh 53 thousand 306 patients have overcome corona. The number of patients recovering is higher than the number of patients registered daily. This has led to a decline in the number of active patients. There are a total of 3 lakh 72 thousand 293 active patients in the country who are undergoing treatment.

Corona recovery rate in the country is 94.73 per cent, while active patients are 3.81 per cent. The mortality rate is 1.45 per cent and the positivity rate is 3.41 per cent.

In the last 24 hours, a total of 9 lakh 22 thousand 959 tests were conducted, while so far a total of 15 crore 07 lakh 59 thousand 726 tests have been conducted.
