The incident happened Tuesday night in the Civil Lines area. Police on Wednesday arrested the accused youth following the incident. Rampur Additional Superintendent of Police Arun Kumar Singh said the accused youth lives in the hilly gate area within the limits of Civil Lines Police Station. Police arrested him Wednesday evening.
